After officially a month and a half of dieting, I am officially 20 pounds lighter. I didn’t get to nearly as thin as I was during my wedding last year, but I came awfully close.
The easiest method to lose weight is of course simply calorie tracking. If you eat less calories than you burn on a daily basis, you’re guaranteed to lose weight. I of course am inspired by patients on my 600 lb life, who are often placed on a 1200 calorie diet. If those HUGE people, and I’m talking massively obese people, can function on 1200 calories, than so too can I.
Did you know that the Asian BMI is actually about 10 pounds lighter than the average normal person BMI. That means of course I have to look and appear thinner than most other races around me to survive in this world. How sad.
Anyway, I imagine I’m not going to maintain this level of thinness forever. But as of right now, I cannot have a Dad Bod because I am not yet a Dad. Perhaps in the future.
And of course we broke our diet today with our first officially oversized meal in the form of none other than…. Olive Garden! It was meant to be of course since we were placed on none other than table #24. We ate countless breadsticks, Chicken Gnocci soup, calamari, and of course the tantalizing Tour of Italy. Not as good as Phil’s, but pretty delicious in its own right.
After a month and a half of near starvation, fake Italian food never tasted so good.
