We have now achieved the American dream! We were supposed to close in late 2024 but due to construction delays it barely just happened.
Just in time though – for there are roughly 2 months to go before baby Kai’s arrival. This gives us some much needed time to get situated.
I thought it would never happen and I truly sympathize with anyone struggling through the house buying process, especially in a high cost of living area such as Southern California.
Grateful to now have a new place to raise our new family. Hopeful to be able to invite guests over soon.
