I woke up in the morning in Garden Grove and ended up sleeping in San Diego. How? By the subsequent use of one primary means of transportation: car. After waking up relatively early in the morning (9 AM), Nam Ho came over, and he, and my sisters Annie and Jenny went to Regals Cinema for the $5 discount Sunday. Even though I already saw X men, I watched it again because it was so enjoyable, regardless of how “okay” my sisters ended up thinking it was. Shortly after going back to my house, we departed for SAN DIEGO. Subsequently, I faced a rather tragic farewell as I said my goodbyes to my brother, my brother’s wife, my sister, my niece Tracy, my mommy, and my daddy.
So my sister Jenny, my sister Annie, and my sister Nam all departed subsequently. Destination: San Diego. We ran into a detour at the gas station when my mommy called me to tell me I left my milk in the fridge. Subsequently I rushed back to my house to grab it before the detours ended and the transportation started. We drove all the way to my new apartment where I put all my stuff there, including the milk in the fridge to prevent it from being spoiled. We departed for Phil’s, where on Father’s day, the line was 2 hours long. We waited and played the Game of Life in line on my Itouch while in line, and then we ate, my sisters declaring the place was “overrrated” and not worth the long line. Forget them. I still think it’s delicious. ;D Afterwards we went to Sprinkles where we got delicious cupcakes and ate them. They too thought the place was subsequently “overrated”. Bummer. I ran into Alexis and Brittney there and said my hellos to them before ultimately departing. My sisters dropped me off and left for Orange County, as I became stranded in San Diego.
I spent the rest of the night unpacking. Tyler came in and we talked for a long time about various random things, which included Internet. Apparently, the fate of this blog is jeopardized because Internet is not going to be provided for a few days up to a week. OMG. SHOCK! Oh well. I ended the night watching Memento wih Tyler, which Tyler fell asleep over. When he woke up, he rewinded the movie, as I subsequently went to sleep.
I was in such a peaceful slumber until RANDOMLY at about midnight, I hear a loud crash sound outside my window as well as a loud woman screaming”OH GAWD. CALL 911″. Me and Tyler were shocked and ran outside to see what happened. Apparently two cars crashed into a palm tree and an electrical box outside, and potentially died. The palm tree lingered over our balcony and the floor above’s us. It was so sad and shocking…. as we saw crowds of police and firefighters come. What a shock for the first night back… Me and Tyler went back to our apartment and subsequently watched the rest of Memento before going to sleep. It was definitely hard to sleep after witnessing what just happened and hearing police and firefighter sirens all night right outside our window.

| GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul defended his views — and his age — on Monday’s Today show with Matt Lauer. “It’s the ideas that count,” he told the NBC host. “It’s your general health that counts. It’s your enthusiasm for liberty.”Paul, who’s 75 years old, said he endorses ideas that are important to the next generation of Americans. “It’s these endless, undeclared, unwinnable wars that are dumped on the young people,” he said. “The current young people between the age of 15 and 25 or 30, are with me. They’re getting dumped on.” HELL YES. |
