I’ve come to the realization today that I have a ton of failures in my life. Everything that I have good going on my life, I manage to one way or another fuck up. I’m a failure at every single thing I attempt, and I need to work on improving that for the better. But not enough ranting for now…
Today, I legitimately stayed at home doing absolutely nothing. I woke up and ate some Costco pizza, bought by my brother, who never bothers to talk to me (one relationship I failed years ago…. and never fixed…). I then needed to get fingerprinting for my teaching job for the summer, so I walked over to a lab, and it cost approximately $79. And of course I’m going to complain about the price because I’m completely cheap. Another flaw of mine. I went home and relaxed for a bit, coming to the realization that I can’t fix anything, including all my flaws… Humans are all imperfect creatures, but in order to adapt to survival techniques, one must learn from my mistakes… Me… I just happen to repeat them all the time… Sitting around thinking all left me in a terrible mess, until I got a surprise visit from my friend Earle and Andrew. They were easy to talk to, and we decided to head to the Main Place Mall Dollar Picture Show for a movie. I snapped a picture of the billboard there with a not so inspirational message… There, we joined Thiep, Triet, and Vu for a sausagefest adventure to see “Source Code”. Great movie, Rotten Tomatoes once again proves to be surprisingly accurate. We went to Kyotori to eat afterwards (but Brian Nguyen wasn’t there so it wasn’t quite our typical-group reunion). That was chill until I went home, and now I’m back to contemplating the rest of my failures. Good night.

| A trader works on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Amid further signs of a global economic slowdown, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell below the 12,000-mark to finish lower for the sixth consecutive week. U.S. stocks fell for the sixth straight week, giving the Dow Jones Industrial Average its longest slump since 2002, as investor concern that the global economy is slowing intensified. UGHHHHHHHH. |
