June 9th, 2011
As my last day in San Diego for a very very short break [one week and 2 days approximately], today was a long, tedious, tiring, stressful, and not to mention tragic/sad day. After waking up in the morning and busing all the way to Mission valley for a Kelly Education Services orientation, I was beyond tired…. after signing all of that tedious paperwork. When I got back, it was time for several goodbyes: Goodbye to Michelle, whom I gave several pens too. Goodbye to Sandy and Lauren Swan, who I had an extensive photoshoot with. As well as watched a terrible shoe video on youtube with…. Goodbye to my wonderful roommate Amul, who’s going to be a wonderful doctor, as well as goodbye to Steven, Kunal, and Jonathan Kaslow… I said my goodbyes to Leah and Brittney as they were studying in JK Wood Lounge. Goodbye to Cindy, who is going to Germany, and potentially never coming back… After the tragic goodbyes, I went ahead and watched Lauren pack for several hours, before we unloaded stuff from her apartment, to the car, to our new apartment. That took a LONG amount of time, as we picked up Bee-John afterwards to eat some Tofu House. It was funny seeing him pay for his meal in all coins: quarters, nickles, dimes, and pennies. Afterwards, we dropped Bee-John off and exchanged him essentially for Melanie. Melanie and Lauren worked on building a bed frame (which they almost finished), while I moved my room around, ultimately unpacking to the picture you see as my picture of the day. Afterwards, Lauren drove me back to Garden Grove, at which I got back at approximatley 1:30 AM. FUN TIMES….
