Day 60: GleeBj’s

March 1st, 2011

The day can be summarized with two words: Glee & BJ’s! I went to work in the morning, right after dropping off my A.S. application. Shortly thereafter I went to Foodworx & watched some Glee with Geetha. After going back to my place to take a nap, I went to my one and only class of the day. I was hungry again so me and Geetha pillaged for foods eventualling stumbling upon BJ’s. We went to Best Buy to buy headphones, but I realized they were too expensive and I’d be better off finding them online. We spent the rest of the night watching Glee reruns, before I eventually headed home.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will announce Thursday that he is launching a committee to explore a run for the GOP presidential nomination in 2012, a Republican familiar with the plans told CNN. Gingrich’s decision to form an exploratory committee and officially “test the waters” makes him the first major Republican contender to enter the presidential race. EWWWWWWWWWW NO THANKS. RON PAUL 2012 OR THE UNITED STATES IS HEADED STRAIGHT TO THE HELL HOLE!
On March 1st, 1961, President John F. Kennedy establishes the Peace Corps as a new agency within the Department of State. AWWWWW One of my favorite presidents. Though he was a Democrat, John F. Kennedy ranks high on my personal list of presidents for a variety of reasons which include: His Handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis in order to avoid atomic warfare with the Soviet Union, A supporter of low taxes, & he was against social welfare and reliance on the government to solve poverty. John F. Kennedy, by today’s standards would be a moderate, not a Democrat. “My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you — ask what can you do for your country.”

P.S.: “My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you — ask what can you do for your country.” – John F. Kennedy
