I proceeded to Henry’s place afterwards to interview Henry, Sid, and Luke. In what would have otherwise been a good interview, Sid messed it all up by being completely not serious the entire time. Hopefully I can edit it slightly to make him appear like a idiot. *Fingers crossed*. Adam and Jessica picked me and Henry up as we ventured our way to Tofu House. I ate there yesterday, but didn’t mind going again, despite now being slightly tired of it. Pictured in today’s picture is Adam’s Tofu Soup – the flavor, extra spicy. I remember once ordering this and making it extremely difficult to eat. Probably the spicest, hottest, sweatiest thing I’ve even in my life. In the end though, Adam decided to drive us home (despite having stomach problems), his sense of manhood ultimately trumping his common sense in letting Jessica drive. Luckily I got home safety to rest and prepare for the toughest day of the week: Monday. (BTW today’s picture is not the same as Day 275, this time it being filled with both meat, extra spicy, and being property of Adam’s. )

| On this day in 1962, the United Nations General Assembly adopts a resolution condemning South Africa’s racist apartheid policies and calling on all its members to end economic and military relations with the country. In effect from 1948 to 1993, apartheid, which comes from the Afrikaans word for “apartness,” was government-sanctioned racial segregation and political and economic discrimination against South Africa’s non-white majority. Among many injustices, blacks were forced to live in segregated areas and couldn’t enter whites-only neighborhoods unless they had a special pass. Although whites represented only a small fraction of the population, they held the vast majority of the country’s land and wealth. OH UN. YOU ARE SO USELESS. |
