Having had a fever and headache for a majority of the day, you’d think I wouldn’t enjoy a majority of the day (parallel sentence structure). SADLY, YOU SIR/MA’AM ARE WRONG. It was indeed a good day, although I had trouble moving around for most of it.
I went to EH&S in the morning and worked. I then went to the SRC and worked. It’s a stressful job being a working man, especially when one is sick. At the SRC I did a photoshoot with my fellow interns (Yu-Ting, Sylvia, Mandy, Sarah, Allison) and my bosses (Kristin, Dave) at the SRC, and it was a blast, ultimately making my picture of the day. I then spent a majority of the time in the office editing those said pictures on photoshop, with the quasi-skills I have attained this year. After my departure I went back to the apartment to meet Amul, where we picked up supplies for the ICRA event. I went to the Lodge in Sixth College for the Pirates of the Caribbean set up – Geetha, Amul, & I moved tables and chairs around to set up for the event. At the event I helped myself to some KFC grilled chicken (*yuck), as well as mann’ed the unnamed “knocking down 4 cans with nerf guns station for raffle tickets”. Ultimately I would receive tickets for the midnight premiere of the movie by the end of the night. In attendance for the event was Windi, Bee-John (in a ugly hobo/pirate costume), Geetha, Amul, Cindy, Alex, Lauren, Rashika, Nicole (slightly), Charlene, Lucia, and Matt. Afterwards I would eat dinner with Geetha, Matt, Amul, & Bee-John at Foodworx, ultimately attaining some drugs for my fever from Geetha in the process. We talked about various things in our dinner, among the most interesting being the Monty Hall problem. Go read about it here if you haven’t yet already: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monty_Hall_problem . I still remain unconvinced.
After I picked up studying materials back at my place, I went ahead to Geisel with Geetha to study, where we both failed at studying – her being distracted by the beauty of Reddit, and me being distracted by the beauty of Ron Paul. We went to Market, before I went home. I then questioned Amul yet again on the Monty Hall problem, and when he tried to prove it to me using statistics, we both failed.

| After setting tongues wagging over the thought of a run for president, launching eye-popping attacks and accusations against the president and other political enemies, openly cursing at more than one political event and even using an interview to name his best orgasm ever, Donald Trump has done it again, essentially firing himself from seeking the top political job in the nation. On Monday, the real estate mogul announced that he would not run for president. What a tease. |
