When it comes to warehouse club food courts, Sam’s club is definitely the worst, especially in comparison to the MVP that is Costco.
We waited 30 minutes in line for a simple slice of pizza. Because Costco ultimately discontinued their supreme pizza for many many years now, I wanted to see if Sam’s club served as a suitable replacement. I can confidently say after our experience it is most definitely not.
Sam’s club is first and foremost, inefficient when it comes to the way they serve their customers. To make all customers stand in one line to order, and the amount of time it took to receive a single slice of paper was frustrating. I understand for the people ordering whole pizzas making them wait longer, but there needed to be a better way to serve the customers that have single item orders. – especially since the single serve pizzas are already just sitting out getting cold.
As for the food itself, it was disappointing. The cheese was gooey and the texture of the pizza was comparable to frozen pizza cooked at home. Needless to say, this was the worst food court pizza I have ever had in my life. I will not being going back ever. A loyal Costco fan for life.
