Nearly a year after the lockdowns started due to the spread of coronavirus here in the United States, I am now fully vaccinated from this sad plague. It has been a disheartening year indeed with many lives lost.
And yet, I am very thankful to all the scientists and their efforts, which have ultimately accelerated the process of going back to a “normal” world. Though there may be many “vaccine deniers”, they can’t deny the reality that the coronavirus numbers have gone down since we have started vaccinating more and more people.
My side effects involved about 24 hours of a fever, headache, and some mild arm pain. That’s a true testament to a good immune response. Here’s hoping more and more people get their vaccinations when it is their turn.
Hopefully this will lead to more “normal” adventures in the future, and subsequently more blogs post for everybody to enjoy. It’s gonna be a crazy summer for all.
