For the next 26 days, I will write from the perspective of various inanimate objects that I come into contact with on a given day.
Hello. I am a bunch of keys. My sole existence is to open doors. Today, some rude Asian guy grabbed me and put me into his car engine. I couldn’t see where he was taking me from my position in the ignition.
Afterwards, I was confided to his crusty pockets for a majority of the day. I could hear some random chatter from various school children as they boarded a school bus.
Next, I heard some more children mostly complaining about the lack of volunteer opportunities available at the pumpkin festival. Still, it seemed as if they were working hard.
It appeared the specimen that controlled me moved around the entire day checking on various students. I could tell by the dripping sweat I had to endure in the blazing heat.

When the human sat down and ate, I could tell he was enjoying his food though (the Habit), before of course leaving to go back to school.

Later he appeared to walk quite a distance for the consumption of Boba before once again using me to not only ignite a car, but get into his home.
Needless to say I feel very used and abandoned as I now sit lonely on this computer chair for the rest of my night.
