I would depart for a bit for the subsequent purpose of getting dinner at Tzu Ching’s holiday party, where I talked to Jade, Martina, Michael, Jessica, Adam, Henry, Sid, and Clifford. Out of all the Asian delicacies available I chose to consume the typical and standard Costco Pizza. YUM. I went to go video edit afterwards finally finishing but at the same time extremely disappointed because the burning process ultimately failed. I have to go burn the final products another day as a result. I went on over back to Geetha’s place afterwards to continue watching Friends and That’s 70’s Show!

| On this day in 1991, Islamic militants in Lebanon release kidnapped American journalist Terry Anderson after 2,454 days in captivity. As chief Middle East correspondent for the Associated Press, Anderson covered the long-running civil war in Lebanon (1975-1990). On March 16, 1985, he was kidnapped on a west Beirut street while leaving a tennis court. His captors took him to the southern suburbs of the city, where he was held prisoner in an underground dungeon for the next six-and-a-half years. DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. |

| What started out as a simple dismissive email from Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul rejecting a Donald Trump-moderated debate has turned into a full blown war of words between the two men. The exchange got personal, with Paul questioning Trump’s financial competency, accusing him of mismanaging his finances, and Trump issuing a statement saying Paul was “willing to lie” and “either very jealous of Mr. Trump, stupid, or a combination of both.” The exchanged started earlier today when Paul joined fellow presidential hopeful Jon Huntsman in bowing out of a Trump-moderated presidential debate sponsored by conservative website Newsmax.com and planned for Dec. 27 in Des Moines, Iowa. Paul’s campaign chairman, Jesse Benton, distributed a scathing press release saying that Trump’s participation “is beneath the office of the Presidency and flies in the face of that office’s history and dignity.” “Mr. Trump’s participation as moderator will distract from questions and answers concerning important issues such as the national economy, crushing federal government debt, the role of the federal government, foreign policy, and the like,” Benton said. GOOD PLAN. |
