As you can see based on today’s work-out equipment pictured above, my P90x routine came back today, and boy was it the work-out of the century. Having not done it for months, it was a strain simply to do a few pushups, pullups, and ab work-outs. In the morning I went to EH&S having to go to 5 different labs in the school of medicine to deliver stickers. I rewarded myself with Panda Express for lunch shortly thereafter, before going home to rest for a bit. THEN, THE KILLER WORK-OUT which took 90 (roughly) minutes of my time). I ended the night eating noodles (gross), talking to Tyler and Lauren for a bit, and then carrying out the rest of the night in my room. It’s been a chill couple of days lately, but I need to start going out more. Shrug. >:)
