FOOD was public enemy #1 today, as I starved the whole day, working first at EH&S in the morning (making copies and posting room signs in BSB), and then going to ThinkTogether in the afternoon. The kids today were decent, me having an okay time at lunch. Group 7 was entertaining at best in Film class, until one girl started crying randomly. I thought it was because her boyfriend broke up with her so I moved him into another film group, but it was instead because the boy that liked her saw her kiss her boyfriend the day prior, and subsequently ditched school because he was jealous. I didn’t see how that made her cry though, but she fleshed details out to me saying “I like him… but I love my boyfriend”. Girl neeeda’ pick a man and be loyal. SHEESH. With second period, I played Math Charades with Group 8, which was definitely a struggle, but worked out somewhat decently as we tackled some of the toughest math terms. Group 6 for Film was extremely well behaved that one group already finished their whole film.
After the debacle that was work, I surprised Geetha at her place, and waited for her to get ready. We went to Von’s and got some Hamburger Helper, and afterwards migrated to my place to cook some “lasagna”. Unfortunately it didn’t turn out very good, being ultimately bitter and salty. Some pizza was microwaved to try to remedy the situation, but that didn’t help either. As a result, me, Geetha, and Lauren all went to 1) Chipotle, to eat 2) AMC, to buy Harry Potter tickets for tomorrow and 3) Ralph’s so Lauren could do her grocery shopping. After chillaxing at my place for a bit afterwards, I went to Geetha’s place to hang out for the rest of the night.
