I HAVE A TERRIBLE HEADACHE. I HAVE A TERRIBLE HEADACHE. I HAVE A TERRIBLE HEADACHE. Anyway, today I got awakened by a phone call from a housing location I looked into yesterday. The woman told me the apartment, across the street from Ralph’s, already was rented out. FAIL! Back to square one. I looked online for 2 hours, ultimately finding an ideal place roughly around the same location. It appeared as if things were going quite well….
History class. Then I ate lunch at Pines with Geetha (YUM, STIR FRY), accompanied her to the Bookstore for the purchase of notebooks, and chilled at her place for a bit, before going to Lit class. Then History class. Then ICRA office hours, where I got a call from the housing location in the morning who told me 5 people could not possibly live in that place I found. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. Oh well. Film Studies Class. Then afterwards I had quite a pleasant and delicious experience with Tyler and my two future apartment mates next year – Manuel & Tim. We talked mostly about movies. Lauren wasn’t there unfortunately, but Round Table was delicious! I snapped a picture of the important meeting destination. Afterwards I went to the library, took notes on reading, and accidentally unplugged my computer ultimately losing my entire notes. At that exact moment, the electric shock must have caused the headache I ultimately have right now. I went to Earl’s, drank some soy milk, but that didn’t seem to have any immediate effect….

| On April 28th, 2008, The Supreme Court has issued a decision to uphold an Indiana law that requires citizens to provide photo identification when voting. It is hoped that this will guard against fraud. Critics of the law argue that it discriminates against poor voters, ethnic minorities and the elderly, who are less likely to carry ID, but the Court ruled that the law did not constitute a burden on voters. Other states have similar rules, and the court’s ruling could prompt even more states to adopt the law. DAMN STRAIGHT. |

| One day after President Obama released his long-form birth certificate — to end what he called a distraction of “sideshows” and “carnival barkers” — some still question his eligibility to serve in the White House. To be sure, some “birthers” have said that doubts about the president’s birthplace are now over. But others are moving on to new conspiracy theories. Now they’re asking: Where are the president’s college records, transcripts and financial statements? Where are his passport records? Why isn’t information about his law license, or his parents’ marriage and divorce, being made public? Was he adopted by his stepfather in Indonesia, negating his “natural-born citizen” status? BAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAH. |
