Today was a relatively tame day, but I fully and almost always expect my Sundays to be that way. That’s the way I like it, because it ensures I have a day to do my hwk and catch up to classes that need catching up. Fortunately for me, there wasn’t a whole lot I could do today without my books (they’re still in the process of being shipped to the library). Thus, I did a whole lot of nothing for a majority of the day.

Some highlights of the day including going to Dina’s RA Event: something regarding eyes and physical health with free parfreys being provided. Me, Amul, Matt Diamond, Kunal, & Lara are on a team, and we almost won a game, except we didn’t know what a “refractive assessment” was, and subsequently we lost a potential Jamba Juice gift card. {Good thing I don’t go there anyway. }

I also went to Island’s with Lauren and Amul for dinner. YUM, Bottomless fries. Hence: the picture of the menu is my picture of the day.

On Saturday, Tea Party Nation leader Judson Phillips condemned the attack (that happened yesterday on Gabrielle Giffords) but warned that liberal voices would immediately blame political forces on the right – as he contends they did in the days after the 1995 attack. “While we need to take a moment to extend our sympathies to the families of those who died, we cannot allow the hard left to do what it tried to do in 1995 after the Oklahoma City bombing,” Phillips said. Yesterday was clearly a tragedy in more ways than one: we must remember to not jump to conclusions and simply wait for knowledge of the shooter to come out ultimately.
On January 9th, 2007, Apple introduces the 4.5 inch X 2.4 inch Apple iPhone which epitomizes the next generation of mobile phone devices, with a super cool look and touch pad for navigation and includes a virtual keyboard. This was a pretty revolutionary phone for the time and has caused the creaton and development of similar-esk phones ever since including the Verizon DROIDDDDDDDDDD, and the Google Phones (Android, I want ! :D)

P.S.: Half way around the world lies the one thing that you want, buried in the ground, hundreds of miles down. The first thing that arises in your mind when you awake, is bending you ’till you break, let me hold you now.
