We live in a world right now where everybody wants to be famous. Everybody wants to be in their own version of the Truman Show (ironically enough), showcasing the best parts of their life to the world around them, most notably on social media platforms like Instagram and Tiktok.
Which is why it’s all the more exciting that Katherine and I are finally on a primetime television show together! From a tv taping of “The Masked Singer” a few months ago, we are finally seen enjoying the antics of the show as part of the studio audience. Though the show is probably the dumbest and fakest show to ever exist, I’m grateful for our 5 seconds of fame as featured on the show. And it’s cool that I can now actually talk about it after signing an NDA. Mostly everything in the show is fake, including audience reaction shots where they pretend to guess who’s behind each costume.
Prior to this, the only time before I was on television was on the Ellen Show, where I was part of the virtual audience at home, doing my backwards dab while she was dancing.
I guess that’s another thing to cross of our bucket list: being on television together.
