Of course, this brings to me the question of what was my favorite memory of Phil’s BBQ. I would quite literally say all of them. Every experience at Phil’s BBQ has been equally delicious. Most notable visits were of course trips 200 (my bachelor party), 100 (another milestone when I rented out the event center), trip 155 (with the entire 7th grade class of RKMS) and random visits every now and then [including 22 times with my wife].
Though I don’t talk to most of the people I’ve gone with anymore, I am grateful to have had that one delicious experience with them at one point in their lives. Hopefully they remember it as well.
