On the way to Phil’s BBQ and back (Trip #156), there are ample opportunities for conversation.
In them, Katherine shared her dreams to become a police as she finishes her last year (*fingers crossed) in college. Why would anyone want to pursue such a violent endeavor? Well, obviously because she watched Cops growing up with her father and has wanted to do it ever since. And despite her Asian parents begging her to become a doctor, she is dedicated to pursuing her passions.
All she has to do now is to finish school, get in shape to pass her physicals, and hopefully get an internship for some much needed work experience. Fingers crossed all this happens, and she becomes the best cop in Orange County. One day she can be in charge of guarding my future mansion I will live in.
