Day 87: Freak Out

Time to start living, and letting it go, and visiting places I haven’t been to!

First stop: Chicago.

Today, I used various trains and buses to go to multiple places in the lovely city of Chicago.

We started with theĀ Chicago History Museum where I saw various exhibits, including the secret lives of objects, railroaders, and the American History Exhibition (mostly about the lives of immigrants and various minority groups discriminated throughout the course of US History).

I put myself on the screen for a little bit, putting various words people could use to solve the problems of the world – in my case teaching ?

I also got to witness some mini-structures resembling the various parts of Chicago, including the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.

Afterwards, me and my friend went exploring some outdoor shopping center, going to World Market, Best Buy, American Eagle, Whole Foods, and finally calling it quits. I tried Deep Dish Pizza for the first time, which was good, but not something I would say is better than regular pizza. It’s unique though.

I’m gonna live my life
I can’t ever run and hide
I won’t compromise
Cause I’ll never know
I’m gonna close my eyes
I can’t watch the time go by
I won’t keep it inside
Freak out, let it go
Just freak out, let it go
