It’s my Life, and I’ll live it how I want to live it. Teaching is a pain sometimes with unruly children. I had to send several students to the Dean’s Office today – 1 for using my computer without permission and another for sticking up the middle finger (and stealing 3 dollars from another student’s purse). If the parents only knew what kind of kids their students are stuck in the classroom with, they would protest way more often.
I wrote some “goodbye” cards for all my students. In them are various confessions about how I truly feel about most of them. For the good ones, I identified them as perfect and the “reason I teach”, and for the bad ones, I told them to get their act together and improve the next year to reach their full potential.
It’s my Life… as a teacher, and my confessions, as a teacher – to be delivered to my students, tomorrow.
It’s my life!
It’s now or never
I ain’t gonna live forever
I just wanna live while I’m alive
