The Price Center that I’ve known and loved for all these years is no more, now torn down by construction.
I’ll always remember fond memories of the Price Center. From lounging around with the computers pretending to do work on random days in between classes… to eating the delicious price center fast food (in comparison to dining hall food). To getting food poisoning at late night runs to Burger Kings. To getting not so delicious boba, but adequate at the time at Tapioca Express.
I’ll always remember the Price Center theater as well, where I got to see many great movies for free. Bridesmaid before it even premiered.
Alas, just like college is gone forever, so too is the great Price Center. In its place is hopefully something that will live in the hearts of UCSD students forever.
