Having pineapple on pizza is apparently one of the most divisive things in human history, with about half of the population fancying it while the other half of the population detest it.
I happen to be on the pro-pineapple side, believing deeply that it adds a nice sweetness to balance out the cheese and tomato sauce on the pizza. I prefer my pineapple mixed with pepperoni because the flavors balance it out a little bit better than ham or Canadian bacon.
I remember when I was a single bachelor living in Los Angeles I would order an entire box of pizza and spend the day binge-watching Netflix and eating the entire box in one sitting. I don’t miss those days at all, and am happy to now have somebody to share the pizza box with now forever.
