It was many and many a year ago,In a kingdom by the sea,That a maiden there lived whom you may knowBy the name of Annabelle LeeAnd this maiden she lived with no other thoughtThan to love and be loved by me.
Who is Annabelle Lee metaphorically a representation for my life today? Is she…
a) Phil’s BBQ?
b) Rise Kohyang Middle School?
c) A hot piece of ???
Perhaps the answer really is that Annabelle Lee is my summer, and my freedom, now soon to be taken away by the wings of the Phoenix as I prepare for the start of another school year on Monday.
I am quite anxious and knowing me, I never am able to sleep easily the Sunday night before work starts. I subsequently spent most of the day in hibernation, recovering from yesterday and relaxing in preparation for the future.
I finally met my third roommate and we had an average session of hanging out and just chatting. Perhaps the chemistry will grow as we continue to live in one another’s quarters.
I also went to Planet Fitness (about a mile away from my new place), as well as Ralph’s, where I got mostly healthy groceries in the form of fruits and vegetables.

When I got back, I finally finished that dumb shelf I put off a couple days ago, and then I organized my Vinyl collection. I have only 28 vinyls, 20 of which I have yet to ever listen to, so hopefully I’ll do that at some point this year. The one I played today only tragically reinforces the end of Annabelle Lee, and the subsequent end of my summer.

I guess in the end, it doesn’t even matter.
