Bartleby is quite a hard worker. In fact, all he does all day is copy… obituaries. He eventually goes crazy. What a terrific story.
Today, I worked from dusk to dawn setting up my classroom. With student help I was able to get most of my classroom finalized for next week, including this year’s theme: Snapchat!
My table groups this year are: watermelon, bee, flower crown, face swap, mustache, big mouth, hot dog, and dog filter.
In other news, I tried Soylent. And it tastes okay. As for a meal replacement? Not sure I can consistently drink it everyday, but let’s just see what happens when I try it for a week. Maybe I’ll end up being healthier. Or maybe I’ll end up getting sick and dying. Who knows. Only time will tell.
After work I got groceries for the week, before failing to assemble my bin. As you can see, after 2 hours of effort, this is all that was subsequently produced.
What a disappointing failure, much like Bartleby’s life.
