Day 18: Garden Grove

Home sweet home. It is good to be back, especially since I have been up since 6AM Italian time (which translates to roughly 9PM yesterday). Amidst all the naps on the plane, it’s been nice coming back to a warm bed.

I wasn’t too fond of waking up so early in the morning, and it was rather sad saying goodbye to everyone. I am of the mindset that we do meet people for one reason or another, so I have no doubt I’ll run into a few of them in the future. I said goodbye to the bus driver accordingly.

At the airport, I ate pizza, while noticing how unorganized the Italians really are. Not going to miss that country. They were all so loud in the plane too, making it difficult to sleep. Losers.

Anyway, after a 9 hour flight from Milan to Atlanta, and a 4 hour flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles, and a 40 minute Uber-ride back to Alhambra, followed by a 35 minute car drive to Garden Grove, I’m finally home, and ready to enjoy the rest of my summer.

I was obviously greeted by the food of my people, Pho, and I devoured it, like a horse.
