After a long, and rather entertaining day of work trolling students, I met with a personal trainer at my local gym to come up with a work-out routine for the year. Using gym vocabulary, I expressed the need for me to “tone up”.
He designed a somewhat elaborate program with one day dedicated to arm/chest/and shoulders, one day dedicated to upper-body, and one day dedicated to abs (cardio for other days). It was all good news until he asked me the question of what my diet was.
He told me that diet is about 75% of the routine, and if my diet didn’t change I wouldn’t see results. What terrible news.

Anyway, I probably won’t really start the routine until my diet actually changes, which I’m trying to figure out how to do so with my inability to cook. Shrug, I’ll leave the planning for another day.
