Week 3 of the Wellness Challenge has just concluded. And it’s become pretty evident that I’m going to lose the challenge to my Vice Principal.

At the same time, I continue to beat my weekly average, so I’m striving towards at least doing that. As a result of our hard work, our school is once again, in the lead, which guarantees me at least a $25 gift card.

For this week, I continued to do all of the things I did last week to maintain my steps, which also included going to my old high school’s track. In comparison to USC’s, it’s pretty unappealing to say the least.

I also walked around the school, whose quad has slightly better looking grass. And yet, it looks pretty ugly with all the caution tape around it, making it look more like a crime scene than a school.

As a result of these lengthy runs and walks, I have now listened to the following podcasts, which I love:
- Serial – a podcast about a murder mystery in season 1 and a soldier’s years with the Taliban in season 2
- Presidential – about all the wonderful Presidents!
- Freakonomics – which uses economics to teach a variety of different things.
3 more weeks and I’ll be healthier and happier.
