Some of the sacrifices parents have to make are often not really thought about until they actually happen. I used to enjoy going to the movies pretty often. During the year of “movie-pass” I must have watched about 80 movies in theaters. Good times, good scam. Post-Covid Katherine and I didn’t really go out to that many movies (maybe on special occassions). But still, I got annoyed anytime somebody in the theater ending up using their cell phone. LAME!

But anyway, with a baby I imagine we won’t be able to go to the movies until he’s about 4 or 5 years old. Which is a bummer since there’s a lot of movies on the horizon I’d like to see. But I suppose waiting for streaming is the next best thing.

Still, watching Zootopia 2 at home wasn’t quite the same with all the pauses and interruptions along the way.
