I miss some of my childhood toys. That’s probably why the last time I almost cried during a movie was during Toy Story 3, when Andy gave away his toys as he was leaving for college.
Upon seeing some of Katherine’s nephews play with toys today, I couldn’t help but remember the fond memories I had with my childhood toys. One of my favorites was of course a big yellow Fisher Prince school bus. I have no idea where it is now, but hopefully it is in the hands of a happy and deserving child.
I had a very vivid imagination, and remember creating intricate serialized episodes with interweaving plots with all of my toys. A mix of soap operas, action, and adventures – all the more reason I enjoyed the oc, 24, and glee later in life.
I’m hopeful with the advent of technology my future children will develop an active imagination. Because if there’s one thing ai is not yet a master at, it is in creating exciting stories.
