People have different purposes in life. Some people are driven by work, or the prospect of being successful and creating a happy life for themselves through making lots of money.
Then there are others, like me, who believe the most important thing in life by far is to find “the one” and get married. I truly believe I have been so lucky, because I think it’s gotten harder and harder over the years for millennials to find their match.
Karl and I have always connected over the years in our search for this mysterious figure. Our soul mate. We’ve watched enough romantic movies over the years to make our quest for love even more defined. We enjoyed Safe Haven enough to watch the movie twice. Which is crazy. It was all for the plot twist in the end.
And yet, I have no doubt this mysterious figure will show in Karl’s life in the future. Whether she is a human, a robot, an alien, or a mermaid remains to be seen. I know since he is a Filipino it won’t be for sure whether she is going to be Asian or Hispanic, but I have no doubt she will show up in his life eventually. I wish him the best of luck in his search, and I know him having a bunch of muscles and being a pseudo-jock will surely help him in that department.
