This is a plate of eaten ribs at Phil’s BBQ.

Phil’s BBQ is just one of those meals you can eat over and over again without getting tired of it. I’ve gone 203 times, but that doesn’t include leftovers. This entire week I’ve been eating ribs for lunch every day. I eat them with some vegetables and some rice.
Rice and Phil’s BBQ are a great combination. It’s an essential Asian-American combination. They should put it on the menu, but they won’t, and it’s a bloody shame. Can’t wait to eat my final set of leftovers tomorrow for lunch!
