We officially have one week to go before the best wedding we will ever have in our lives. Continuing our countdown is my #8 favorite memory together. We have been to Las Vegas twice together. At the Flamingo, there was a piece of chocolate on the floor in our hotel room that was never removed, which earned us $25 off at the end of our trip. Our second visit was a free adventure given to us by Ellen DeGeneres at Resorts World Las Vegas immediately after their opening.
Vegas isn’t quite as fun if you’re not really into gambing, drinking, or clubbing. However, my favorite memory there was eating at the delicious Hell’s Kitchen. Not to be confused with the Hell’s Kitchen where they actually film the show, this is a exact replica located in Caesar’s palace. I had the Beef Wellington which was cooked deliciously, while Katherine tried the Scallops which she thoroughly enjoyed. I’m glad I binged watched all 21 seasons of Hell’s Kitchen in preparation, even though they were basically all the same. Here’s hoping we can enjoy more Gordan Ramsay restaurants in our lifetime, post-marriage.
