Not only was this date our first date after becoming an “official” couple, it also hallmarked the celebration of a momentous occassion otherwise known as Katherine’s birthday.
We saw a vast plethora of animals including giraffes, lazy-ass babirusas, fast cheetahs, and sexy zebras. The trip culminated in the delicious consumption of pigs at Phil’s BBQ. Needless to say, by the first official date I knew our relationship was destined for greatness as we walked so many steps that day as well as consumed so many calories. A foreshadowing of things to come.
