Day 97: George Tello’s Fish Teaching

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Unfortunately for me, only so much teaching from George Tello would actually help as I implemented various fishing techniques. Of course I spent most of the time figuring out how to cast my line, but it ended up being mostly moot for none of us actually caught any fish.

That being said, I am grateful for all the helpfulness George Tello has provided me in the course of my life, which of course includes helping to be a taxi driver for students in high school when I was President of the Volunteers of Orange County Club.

As he continues long-term subbing for the rest of the year, and pushes forward to his teaching credential program next year, I have no doubt he will be an extraordinary chemistry teacher, and eventually break bad, just as Walter White once did.
