I am having major deja vu sitting here, writing this blog post. Quite eerie, as I’ve had this dream years ago… this must mean one thing.
John Tran, is a spiritual little brother of mine. Very likely from the time of Confucius! Seriously though, as any little brother goes, he is annoying and persistent, but fiercely thoughtful and devoted; always asking questions and wondering if they did the right thing.
As devout JohnleTran readers, I’m sure you’ve noticed that he has his ups and downs. If you haven’t made the case yet, it’s because like any good sibling you’ve come across, John loves his family and friends. He always wants to make sure they are happy, healthy, and well fed.
I personally have a little brother of my own who relentlessly pestered me growing up. And then would turn around and ask to sleep in my room because he was scared of Freddy Kruger or all of my old dolls that I left in his room. Now that we’re older, I wish he’d bug me as much as he did before.
So, I don’t find John annoying. He can’t hide his big heart from me, so I know where he’s coming from. And don’t let his sarcasm fool you. It’s his way of trying to fill the air with some sort of talk or to make you laugh. He has so many feelings, he tries to hide them.
I appreciate him greatly and am thankful for all that he does. He’s definitely irreplaceable!
