This morning, I drove to the USC dorms to check in. I flew like a crow away from my home nest of Garden Grove. Yay free housing for Anime Expo. Unable to find the shuttle stop, I ubered over to the Los Angeles convention center, where I started registering patrons coming in for Anime Expo. It was pretty fun. I especially like scanning badges but especially hate line duty.
Free lunch and dinner was provided at Don Chente in the form of chicken alfredo and salad. Not bad for the first two meals, where I met a couple cool kids.
Back to the dorms after the day, where I felt eerily close to being in college again, meeting new people and creating new adventures in the middle of the night. Oh, how I miss it.
