Today, I bid goodbye forever to my favorite student of all time. Just kidding. She was hardly even in my list of top 200 students (I only have 141). Anyway, it always sucks a little to see your students leave, but you always have hope at the end of the day you gave them something that they will remember for the rest of their life.
Anyway, who cares. I stayed at work till about 8PM today because I did a variety of different things, which included dealing with annoying students, having the second round of parent conferences, and dealing with equally annoying co-workers.
I also spent time working on a Scholar’s Assembly Powerpoint that is not due till next Tuesday. What I really should be doing is the homework for my 5th class for my Master’s, which I will probably power through this weekend (to ensure I have all 5 week’s worth of assignments done prior to submission deadline).
