The Las Vegas DMV introduced the “Dashpass” system, which allows you to save your spot in line via text. So at work I constantly kept delaying my “front of the line pass” till the immediate time I got off. By the time I got out of school I was already at my ticket station, and finished registering my car. Does this make me an official Nevada resident yet? Maybe.
Afterwards I had a long 3-hour PLC meeting where I met with 7th grade US History teachers from all over the district. Even though it went into the wee hours of the night, it’s nice to get paid a little extra for it. I can’t go wrong if I already know where I’m headed in life.
