As I am sitting here, I am contemplating how my studying will pay off this Wednesday. I come to realize how much I dislike studying for midterms (very much so). I have 2 on Wednesday, the date my mother conceived me 19 years ago (approximately). I’m listening to current podcasts from my history class, and they’re roughly about as boring as they were when I first attended them in lecture. For some strange reason, I really like history but I find myself having trouble staying awake in that class. The professor’s pretty dull in his lecture style, but I can’t really blame him. Blah
Regardless, my other classes are going okay as well. Communications is still interesting as usual, although delving into the realm of wtf, with the social construction of reality. Apparently my new catchphrase is “Eh… debatable”, but I’m going to try to adapt that and change it to “Eh… contentious”. Either way it wouldn’t really work out if I went “Eh… Anzaldua” (inside joke).
I’m also excited for Game 1 and 3 of the World Series this year – Game 1 being the world broadcast trailer for Day 8 of Jack Bauer’s life and Game 3’s national anthem being performed by the cast of Glee.
