And the winner of American Idol.. 2009… is…. Kris Allen! I was ectastic for his victory. Everyone was stunned – and expecting Adam Lamber to win, but I had hope that Kris Allen would pull through in the end. He was truly the dark horse, and a deserving winner – I am ectastic he will join the ranks of Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, & David Cook.
In other news, I had a job interview yesterday for an Environmental job. They asked me what major I was… and I was like Communications… “But I’m taking science classes for my General education requirements… and ! my friends are taking Ochem next year as well”. Hopefully I’ll be properly trained and not mix some chemicals together. Anyway, I will go next week to fill out paperwork for that. That means I will have two jobs this summer, which is great because the Environmental job will actually extend into next year. Yay :).
