Day 232: Hey Brother

No matter how far I am from home, memories of the past will carry on with me for the rest of my life – both positive and negative.

It was a tough “Circle” conducted this morning for everyone on our staff, but we got to know each other much better. I see the morality and heart in each and every individual I work with. At the end of the day this will be the family I will rely on while I’m at work (in contrast to the brothers and sisters I will rely on at home).

Using the spare time I had we continued decorating and rearranging my classroom today.

What if I’m far from home?
Oh brother, I will hear you call!
What if I lose it all?
Oh sister, I will help you hang on!
Oh, if the sky comes falling down, for you
There’s nothing in this world I wouldn’t do
