Some students you just know are trouble when they walk in. Namely, students that laugh when discussing the Rape of Nanking. Or, students that laugh and make jokes when talking about the Holocaust.
The appropriate solution to dealing with these students is to step it up a notch with discipline. At Cram Middle School, the administration is doing a slightly better job of keeping things in check by patrolling the hallways more consistently. The kid that got sent to behavior school for texting, eating, talking back, and being disruptive on a daily basis is back from behavior school. Has he changed? Nope. With only 3 weeks of school left, it’s a surprise they even let him back and didn’t let him finish off the year.
Oh well. Trouble awaits. But my weekend is here. Aside from an Awards Night tomorrow, my friend is visiting and we will celebrate our freedom from troubles with Rock in Rio.
