The whole concept of a brunch is funny to me. Paying overpriced amounts of money for what is essentially a late and glorified breakfast. At the same time, one cannot deny the deliciousness that comes with eating a late breakfast on a Saturday afternoon after sleeping in.

Though not as delicious as Snooze, we still quite enjoyed our brunch this morning at Nightingale, which also gave us some asian options in the form of Thai brunch as well.
I guess the concept of a “brunch” is foreign to Vietnamese people, who often have pretty heavy meals for breakfast. Such as a large bowl of pho, a banh mi sandwich, or broken rice at 11am in the morning.
Still, I am always grateful to be able to live in a nation and a state with endless supply of brunch options to try in the future. Nom Nom Nom forever.
