Chin is pretty good at cutting ribs, as you can see in the picture below.
Unfortunately it doesn’t just fall easily off the bone like Phil’s BBQ ribs do.
When living in Arizona and Seattle, Jin didn’t do much cooking of his own. Because cooking for one is an unfortunate situation and dilemma which usually makes a person simultaneously apathetic and lazy. Now that he’s in Pasadena that problem has gone away, as he indulges his time mostly washing dishes, saving money, and spending time watching many Youtube cooking channels.
All the best to him as he continues enjoying consumption of vegetables and lots of garlic in the future. Thanks for the food!
