At UCSD whenever there was a problem that needed to be solved, Amy would always be willing to suggest a “Battle Royale”, a reference to of course that movie where a bunch of Japanese teenagers fight to the death on an island.
That being said, her violent tendencies don’t usually come out in conversations. We both agree that the political discourse in our country has gone way too vitriol, and we both have moved in differing degrees away from our libertarian identities in college.
I am hoping that she continues being the best project manager possible, and maintains a high level of fidelity in terms of the clinical studies being conducted at her job (not like the other fake studies produced all over the world).
I hope she continues to be a Disney Shill, and that her children are raised as Asian as possible in order to be successful later in life. Yay for the value of education. Maybe if they’re successful enough they will be able to win in any future Battle Royale that comes their way.
