I didn’t think anyone would want to stay in Las Vegas, or Nevada indefinitely. But alas, to stay closer to family, and to save money, Andres’s goal is to ultimately become a nurse practitioner through studying in Nevada. Even though he was pretty tiny and small in middle school, he has now most definitely grown into a mature teenager with a much deeper voice and stronger attitude. Of course I complimented his hair change as well.
I wish him the best of luck in his aspirations of these dreams and hope he will keep on being the best possible version of himself. I’ll never forget how he helped comforted me my first year of teaching when I cried after a student laughed at a 9/11 video and starting mocking my Chinese even though I wasn’t actually Chinese.
Props to him. I also hope he doesn’t die in 7 years due to a car crash.
