“The Most Dangerous Game” is one of my favorite short stories. The ending is up to interpretation, but the basic premise is about the protagonist who has to escape being hunted by the general in the story.
I had the opportunity to watch two movies, one paid for, and the other “free”. I met up with an old friend, and watched “Baby Driver”, a story about a “baby” that has to escape being hunted by the police through the methods of driving. That was a fun ride, despite the strange artistic moments in different parts of the movie. We talked his future wedding and bachelor party plans as we consumed some Seven Leaves afterwards. Congrats on your new job, sir.

Afterwards, I met up with another friend for some brief Chick-Fil-A for dinner (still not better than Canes), and then a free movie screening in Long Beach. We saw the movie below (set to be released in October).
I’m technically not supposed to even talk about this since I signed a Non-Disclosure agreement, but the movie was pretty good. Jackie Chan avoided being the most dangerous game in the movie by escaping by killed by the villains in the movie. While the action scenes were great, the political plot was rather dull and tedious. I would recommend waiting for it to be on Netflix before watching it.
Anyway, I’m excited for the upcoming movie screenings this one – potentially one tomorrow, and another one on Thursday. Free!
