Day 26: Salad

Today, on the last day of cooking for Project 26, I made my own salad.

The ingredients I used were comprised of ingredients available at my local K-town Sizzler.

For the salad, I made sure to include lettuce, eggs, corn, and ranch (among a variety of other vegetables which included mushroom).

To scope out and prepare for Wednesday’s field trip, I went to an America’s Got Talent taping today.

It was mostly fun, but a little excessive at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed half of the acts that performed. I’m not really sure how fun it’ll be with 100 students on Wednesday, but I think their excitement will most likely transfer over to me.
