Growing up, eggs were the staple of my diet. Boiled. Fried. Scrambled. You name it.
When I was a kid, whenever my mom made me a meal that I didn’t want to eat, I would throw a temper tantrum of sorts, run to my room, and slam the door. She would make me an alternative meal, and she KNEW, that eggs were quite simply, one of the things I would end up eating.
To this date, eggs are delicious. I love eating eggs with rice.
Today, I scrambled eggs with tomatoes and mushrooms. I then added rice, soy sauce, and Sriracha, quite possibly heightening my cholesterol intake by 5000%.
To balance it out, I ate one of my favorite fruits, Cuties. Like me. Just kidding.
This is all after a long day of work and going to the gym.
I’m almost certain this routine is not going to work though.
I have no idea how people work all day, go to the gym, and cook.
They must be superheroes.
